PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS VIA PAYOO

FE CREDIT successfully cooperated with Payoo system to provide customers with convenient and fast methods of payment. Customers can pay via Payoo 24/7 system as following steps:

Step 1: Visit online payment site of FE CREDIT here

– Enter Loan Contract number/16 numbers of credit card

– Enter captcha

– Click “Continue”

Step 2: Check personal information/ Type needed payment/ Click “Continue”

Step 3: Select one of methods of payment

– By Payoo e-wallet account

– By bank account (customers must sign up for Internet Banking service of opening account bank)

Step 4: Enter payment information as requested

1.If select Payoo e-wallet: sign up or login as instruction

2.If select Bank account, enter information:

– Payer: phone number, Email (optional)

– Payment card (Card number: The card number is embossed on the ATM card; Full name: Card owner name is embossed on the ATM card)

– Click “Continue”

– System will automatically show “Transaction information” on the page of Internet Banking/Mobile Banking of ATM opening account bank, enter information as requested and click “Agree”

– Select form of confirming code: Email/Phone

– After getting confirming code, enter it

– Click “Finish”

– Receive notification about Successful/ Unsuccessful payment from the system.
