Third Party Quality Assurance Team Leader

Job description

• Determining, negotiating and agreeing Third Party qualities procedures, standard and make sure sales fields managers follow these standards.
• Experience in leading teams and building processes.
• Build up quality policies for sales fields, manager and others.
• Review current policies and developing plans to improve existing quality standards.
• To co-ordinate with Risk/ Security/ Legal/ Audit department to follow up and resolve the related issue of Third party.
• To co-ordinate with Training department to organize the suitable training program via communication tool
• To co-ordinate with Sales Analyst and Sales filed in order to find out the reason of decrease sales volume and report to Sales Director timely
• To do weekly report in evaluating Sales quality and proposing the improvement Sales field method
• To evaluate violation result of Sales field and issue punishment monthly
• To be proactive in designing policy, rule for Sales filed
• Other tasks assigned by  Head of Third Party Department.

Job Requirements

Background

• University Graduate, major: Business Administration, Audit, IT
• At least 03 year’s experience working in Sales Quality Control
• Experience in processes and control methods
• Understand of banking products & services

Skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Solve issues, accumulate data, examine them and consider a logical conclusion
• Have a watch for details and must know the languages of JavaScript, SQL, etc.
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
