PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS VIA VPBANK INTERNET BANKING

To pay for monthly mortgage or FE CREDIT balance due via VPBank Internet Banking, customers do as below:

Step 1: Sign in Internet Banking VPB Online/ Online banking at www.online.vpbank.com.vn/ebank/login.vpb.Enter username, password, captcha and press “Sign up”.

Step 2: Choose “Transfer inside VPBank” and fill in the form with all information in “Transaction information” as below:

To monthly mortgage payment:

1. Transfer account: Select Source account
2. Type of Transaction: Select Other Customer
3. Transfer information as below:

Customer signed contract with Consuming Credit Group – VPBank Ho Chi Minh city branch (VPBank CF)

– Payment content: Pay for contract no. xxxxx

Customer signed contract with Viet Nam Prosperity Joint – Stock Commercial Bank (VPB FC)

– Account name: VPB FC
– Payment content: Pay for contract no. xxxxx

To FE CREDIT debit balance due payment:

1. Transfer account: Select Source account
2. Type of Transcation: Select Other Customer
3. Beneficial account: 65227557
4. Transfer money: The amount of payment
5. PAYMENT DESCRIPTION: PAYMENT FOR FE CREDIT CREDIT CARD, NUMBER 15000XXXXXXXXXXX, CARD OWNER’S XXXXX.

Press “Continue”

Step 3: Confirm transaction on screen: Confirm privacy information and enter information as below:

• Confirm transaction password: Enter password when sign up for Internet Banking
• OTP code: Enter OTP password provided by VPBank which is send via phone number/ Email
• Receive OTP password, press “Continue”

Step 4: On screen, you will see notification confirming Successful transaction/ Unsuccessful transaction and Transaction Code.

Payment with Internet Banking of other banks:

To pay for monthly payment or monthly balance due, it is essential for customers to provide FE CREDIT Company’s Account number, Company name, opening account bank, opening account Branch, details as below:

Step 1: Sign in Internet Banking, Select Interbank transfer Service
Step 2: Enter Beneficial Account information is FE CREDIT Company’s Account number as below:

To monthly mortgage payment:

Notice:
Payment description must be written in unsigned letters with no white space and special characters, beneficial credit card account number must be included in the description.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

• Please pay 5 days prior to monthly payment day specified in the contract to avoid overdue penalty.
• As for credit card, Customers will get a statement including minimum payment and debit balance due prior to liquidation period. Please pay by liquidation period specified in the statement to avoid overdue fee.
• Please fill in the form with precise and full information about payment. If overdue happens due to wrong information, overdue fee will be applied.
• Please save payment receipt.

• Banks may require Customers to pay transfer fee at the right time of using service
