PAY VIA VNPT EPAY

To provide a wide range of selection in payment method for customers, since August 8th, 2016, FE CREDIT has become a partner of VNPT EPAY and officially launch VNPT EPAY collection service at more than 2100 transaction points in Vietnam:

• Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam JSC (BIDV)
• Honda Dung Tien – Cuc Vinh
• Vien Thong A
• Bach Khoa Computer

VNPT EPAY system guarantees security, accuracy and has the ability to connect widely. Hence, customers can trust in utility, safety and prompt.

Steps:
Step 1: Customers provide cashiers with Identification Card number or 16 numbers of credit card at stores.
Step 2: Pay the needed amount of money to the cashiers.
Step 3: Get payment receipt, check all information including: Customer ID (Contract no./ Credit Card no.), Customer’s name, Amount of Money.
Step 4: Save payment receipt carefully.

Working hour:

At VNPT EPAY transaction points (except BIDV): 8am to 9:30pm Mon to Sun

At VNPT EPAY transaction points at BIDV: 7am to 11am and 1pm to 5pm Mon to Fri

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

• Please pay 5 days prior to monthly payment day specified in the contract to avoid overdue penalty.
• As for credit card, Customers will get a statement including minimum payment and debit balance due prior to liquidation period. Please pay by liquidation period specified in the statement to avoid overdue fee.
• Please fill in the form with precise and full information about payment. If overdue happens due to wrong information, overdue fee will be applied.
• Please save payment receipt.

• Banks may require Customers to pay transfer fee at the right time of using service.
