- In charge of assigning the late customers list to collector to make sure the loans are collected properly
- Propose & execute administrative changes for Collection teams to ensure its sufficiency in operation
- Periodically evaluate team performance and improve efficiency of related activities
- Manage the Infrastructure required for collections
- Build and develop a training road map for collections
- Plan and manage training budget
- Visualize new ways to do collections through implementation of technology
- Improve collection effectiveness through training
- Daily activities included:
- Send notification letter to late customers everyday, and summarize the number of sent letters to make sure they are well-managed
- Receipt controls and Trail uploads to tracked and monitored daily
- Monitor and maintain collection administrative staffs in terms of recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees, supervising their task performance & developing personal growth opportunities to ensure they are working effectively
- Track the collectors’ performance in terms compliance.
- Coordinate with Legal. Internal audit etc to ensure that all the audit related activities are closed
- Review the existing processes and suggest suitable modification to meet the internal audit comments and improve overall collection performance
- Manage the delivery of training and development programs
- Track the training program and their effectiveness.
- Work in a team (or contract with out-source training) to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties such as call center, Field collectors, agency Coordinators, Team leaders, Unit head
- Produce training materials for in-house courses
- Manage the delivery of training and development programs
- Coordinate with other units to ensure that the collection unit has sufficient infrastructure like space. Licenses, telephone lines etc
- Coordinate with Legal. Internal audit etc to ensure that all the audit related activities are closed
- Review the existing processes and suggest suitable modification to meet the internal audit comments and improve overall collection performance
- Manage, plan, analyze, report and drive Collections projects
- Monitor the track all the collection projects and ensure that its completed within the deadline and within the budget
- Assist the collections in meeting the overall collection costs and loss budget

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree, preferably in Economy or Finance or IT
- 7 year experience in managerial positions in financial institutions or banking.
- Deep knowledge of banking products and processes, Risk & Collections management
- Experience with the project management methodologies
- Knowledge and proven experience in companywide projects and change management activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong management, presentation and negotiating skills
- Time flexibility
- Managing large team
- Proficient management operation and
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
