Having a desire to apply the most practical and innovative technologies to the customer experience journey and daily work of employees, FE CREDIT proudly announces the program MAKE IDEAS REWARDING for exploring the innovative ideas shared from people who directly experience the products and services at FE CREDIT – Ubank – SmartPay.

The program is open for all customers and FE CREDIT – Ubank – SmartPay’s employees having innovative ideas for improving service experience, saving time and tackling obstacles in daily work.

Examples:

• Customers experienced obstacles when using the online application system or when paying your monthly installment, etc. Do you have ideas to tackle the obstacles?
• FE CREDIT’s employees faced challenges of collection or communication with customers, etc. Let’s raise your solutions!

All ideas will be highly acknowledged and shared directly to Senior Management for review and evaluation based on the feasibility, benefits and creativity. The list of selected ideas will be published monthly on the program website.

Especially for each idea selected, you will get a reward with the value up to VND 500,000. The owners of these ideas will receive announcement via emails.

The program is launched from today until further notice on program website.
