PAY AT MOMO STORES

To support for customers in paying mortgage every month, FE CREDIT officially has been partnership with MoMo service to open a new payment channel. Customers may pay monthly mortgage or FE CREDIT balance due at more than 4000 transaction points of MoMo in Vietnam.

Working hour: 7:30am – 9pm (including weekends and holidays).

Steps:

Step 1Customers provide cashiers with Identification Card (ID) number or 16 numbers of credit card at stores.
Step 2:Pay the needed amount of money to the cashiers.
Step 3:Get payment receipt, check all information including: Customer ID (Contract no./ Credit Card no.), Customer’s name, Amount of Money.
Step 4:Save payment receipt carefully.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

• Please pay 5 days prior to monthly payment day specified in the contract to avoid overdue penalty.
• As for credit card, Customers will get a statement including minimum payment and debit balance due prior to liquidation period. Please pay by liquidation period specified in the statement to avoid overdue fee.
• Please fill in the form with precise and full information about payment. If overdue happens due to wrong information, overdue fee will be applied.
• Please save payment receipt.
• Prior to the last liquidation period, please contact hotline: (08) 39 333-888 to know the remaining debt precisely.
• Banks may require Customers to pay transfer fee at the right time of using service.
