PAY AT VIETTEL STORES

Today, FE CREDIT is cooperating with Viettel to develop collection system through Viettel’s agents and stores. Customers can go to the nearest Viettel transaction point linking with FE CREDIT to transfer the mortgage or pay monthly FE CREDIT credit card debt.

Steps:

1. Customers provide cashiers with Contract ID/ Credit Card ID at stores.
2. Pay the required money amount and provide cashiers with your phone number.
3. Get payment receipt, check all information including: Customer ID (Contract no./ Credit Card no.), Customer’s name, Amount of Money.
4. Save payment receipt carefully.

Working hour at Viettel Stores: Mon to Sun, From 7:30 to 20:00

Important notices:

• Please pay 5 days prior to monthly payment day specified in the contract to avoid overdue penalty.
• As for credit card, Customers will get a statement including minimum payment and debit balance due prior to liquidation period. Please pay by liquidation period specified in the statement to avoid overdue fee.
• Please fill in the form with precise and full information about payment. If overdue happens due to wrong information, overdue fee will be applied.
• Please save payment receipt.
• Prior to the last liquidation period, please contact hotline: (08) 39 333-888 to know the remaining debt precisely.
• Banks may require Customers to pay transfer fee at the right time of using service.
