HOW TO USE A CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE

Customers may find it easier and more convenient to pay their monthly installments  or FE CREDIT credit card payment by using the cash deposit machine (CDM). These machines are installed at VPBank payment offices nationwide.

HOW TO:

Step 1: Insert your card, select language (Vietnamese or English) è Choose FE CREDIT transaction function è Input contract number and choose Agree

Step  2:  Double check your contract information and choose Agree è Choose Cash deposit function and submit your cash

Note: the numbers of cash notes cannot exceed 200 notes per submission.

Step 3:  Your payment amount will be displayed on screen,  check and confirm by choosing  Agree  è Complete the transaction

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Customers are highly recommended to complete paying their installment 5 days before due date.
• Credit card owners: please double check your monthly statement and complete the payment on time.
• Carefully check all contract information displayed on the CDM screen to avoid inaccuracies.
• Before the final installment payment, please contact our hotline: (028) 39 333 888 to check the exact final amount of money you have to pay.
• Please contact the Customer Service Counter at payment offices for support when using the CDM.
