Simple steps to withdraw cash:

1. Ensure your Credit Card is ready for transactions

• You already made successful transactions
• You have received a call from FE CREDIT Customer Service to activate your card and already got confirmation
• Your Credit Card is already activated
• If you’re not sure whether your card is activated or not, please contact FE CREDIT Customer Service Center hotline: (08) 39 333 888 to have your card activated

2. Ensure you have received PIN (Personal Identification Number)

• Unique PIN code will be sent to you via post. When you receive PIN and activate FE CREDIT Card successfully, you can withdraw cash anytime, anywhere.
• If you haven’t received PIN, kindly contact (028) 39 333 888 to request PIN resent

3. Check your Credit Limit

You can check your credit limit by choosing one of the options below:

• Check the balance and available credit limit on your Credit Card Statement
• Check the latest SMS informing your transaction.
• Contact FE CREDIT Customer Service hotline (028) 39 333 888

4. Visit any MasterCard accepted ATM with MasterCard symbol at any time. Below is the list of banks:

5. Withdraw cash at the ATM

• Insert your FE CREDIT Card into the ATM. Enter your PIN
• Choose “Credit Card” as your type of account
• Choose Cash Withdrawal Transaction and enter the amount of money

In case cash withdrawal limit at some ATMs is 2,000,000 VND/transaction while you would like to withdrawal the amount of 15,000,000 VND with your FE CREDIT Card:

• You can do multiple cash withdrawal transactions, or
• You can go to the nearest bank branches (following list of banks in step 4) to withdraw cash at the counter by providing your FE CREDIT Card and Identification Card.
