How to join:

Method 1:

• Step 1: receiving SMS or call from sales staff, choosing to withdraw money via ATM
• Step 2: withdraw cash by FE Credit Card at any ATM with MasterCard’s logo
• Step 3: Send “IPP” to “8083” after withdrawal
• Step 4: Call to hotline to announce the transactions that customer want to convert to IPP with the chosen tenure

Method 2:

• Step 1: receiving SMS or call from sales staff
• Step 2: contacting hotline (028) 39 333 888 or confirm to participate via phone when receiving the call from sales staff
• Step 3: receiving sms about the IPP with security code
• Step 4: Go to any disbursement channel for support. Please bring your ID along with your security code sent via SMS.

Terms and Conditions:

1. All cash withdrawal must be done via FE Credit Card.
2. The required minimum withdrawal via ATM/VNPost must be from 2mil
3. ** interest on reducing balance is from 2% / month, this interest shall be changed and there are other interest rates apply for each customer, please read the SMS content or call to hotline (028) 39 333 888 for more information
4. Customer will be waive withdrawing fee after successfully convert to IPP
5. In case customer want to close the IPP amount before due date, early termination fee is 4% of outstanding principles will be applied
6. In case customer already sent registration sms but receive no feedback from FE Credit after 03 working days, please redo the registering process. FE Credit will not send announcement on “non-contactable” to customer.
