• Incorporate with Supervisor and Team leader to implement analyst, assessment and then plan, strategy according.
• Synthesize results and generate call quality analysis (based on assessment procedure calls quality) to propose solutions to improve TSA skills.
• Use the call quality reports to assist LG QA Team leader in proposing changes/ improvements for training material
• Advisory and retrain skill as well products for TSA
• Update and follow policy to close interection with TSA to help TSA improve their performance.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Director Center

Background

• Bachelor Graduate, major: Business Administration; Economics or relating area
• At least 03 years’ experiences working in relevant fields, preferably working for banking or financial institution
• Understanding of banking products & services

• Good training, coaching
• Professionalism, confidence, ability to handle pressure/conflict and ability to work well in a team environment
