1.1. Project Managers should implement their own appropriate to the particular project approaches and best practices while following Project Management procedures and standards
The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties:
Plan the project
-Define the scope of the project in collaboration with Sponsor and stakeholders; compose business requirements if needed.
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
- Review the project schedule with Project review Committee; revise the schedule as required
- Together with Sponsor and stakeholders determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
Implement the project
- Execute the project according to the project plan
- Conduct project documentation according to Project Management standards
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
Control the project
- Prepare reports on the project for management
- Communicate with sponsor and business users to keep them informed on project progress
- Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
- Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to Project Review Committee on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
Evaluate the project
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
-Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
1.2. Project Managers should support business users to solve all issues related to Collection operational issues with involving different departments related, especially IT Division.
1.3. Project Managers should actively coordinate business users and related departments to recommend the best practices of process and system if needed

Yêu cầu công việc
Background
- University Graduation – major: Business management, Economics or technical specialties
- Experience:
- Min. 2 year of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.) sphere
- Min. 2 year of experience in project management/participation in projects
Skills
- Language requirements – Vietnamese – native, English – fluent
- Computer Skills : skills in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Project)
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Problem solving and negotiable skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
