• To inspect performance of CC, Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, City Leader, ASM, RSM related to: working activities, schedule of working, POS visitation and meeting, then evaluate the working schedule’s quality
• To collect, keep track and co-ordinate with channel’s manager to solve the complaint of customer, dealer, partner
• To analyze, evaluate situation of region check and give effective solutions to improve region
• To do weekly report in evaluating Sales quality, propose punishment to handle violations of Sales field
• To co-ordinate with internal department to check related issues of Sales field
• To be proactive in designing policy, rule for Sales field
• To attend to build the process and plan for quality check with Sales Quality Control Manager
• Other tasks assigned by Sales Quality Control Manager

• Experience in processes and control methods
• Understand of banking products & services
